Shipping
After you place an order, we will ship within 24 ~ 48 hours.
Typically, it will take 14-21 business days depending on your location.
Package may be delayed due to lack of supplies. We will send you an e-mail when we are out of stock, and no process will proceed until we have your reply. Your order may experience delays in receiving one or more items from our supplier. We will do our best to ship as soon as all your items are ready.
In case the package is returned to our warehouse due to customer's failure to receive, refuse to receive, or pick up the package (DHL, UPS, FedEx or Post Office usually attempts to deliver the package up to 3 times and after that keeps the package in their facility between 10 days to 25 days), customers will be charged for penalty fee (original shipping fee + return shipping fee + tariff if applicable, exact amount determined after the receipt of the package in our warehouse) which is significantly higher than the shipping fee you originally paid. The penalty fee varies depending on the country and will be notified individually.
All products may be subject to tariff and customers are fully responsible of any custom duty upon receipt of the products.
Return
* Damaged or Defective items.
It must be confirmed by sending a Damage or Defective photo or video by email within 7 days of receiving the product.
After confirming that the product has quality defects, we will arrange the refund to your original payment method or your Retro Fashion account balance without return damaged or defective item.
* Other Reason
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
Altered apparel, special orders, cloth face mask coverings, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned. Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of return authorization date with the prepaid label we email to you. Prepaid label will be automatically voided after 7 days (We do not provide prepaid labels for Non-US Customer). We do not accept returns sent after 7 days. In some cases, we may authorize your return with self return service with return address to ship to. RetroFashionUS.com is unable to reimburse original shipping fee and customs fees and return fee.
We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 10 days of purchase.
Retro Fashion reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
You must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) by email Retro@RetroFashionUS.com ONLY number within 7 days of receipt before making a return.

Incorrect Returns
We do not accept non-refundable items, unauthorized returns, and returns shipped 7 days after the authorization. We may grant exception in some circumstances, subject to following refund method:
- - 50% deduction from the price you paid
- - US $5 handling fee per item
- - Refund only the remaining value as store credit ONLY
Please note that our policy ONLY applies to unworn and unused items with all original tags attached. We do NOT issue credit or refund on worn or no-tag items.
Sorry, we cannot ship back returned items.
Excessive Returns
RetroFashionUS.com reserves the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, or terminate accounts suspected of excessive returns, return fraud, or wardrobing.
Third Party Orders
We are not responsible and do not warrant the product descriptions or other content suggested by third parties. We have no legal responsibility on products sold by third parties without our permission and our explicit consent. We reserve the right to return on order placed by third parties.
Exchange
Within 7 days of receiving the package, we are committed to exchanging the product for you if the size is not appropriate. But you will be responsible for exchange shipments & costs & customs fees.
Refunds
After confirming that the product has quality defects, we will arrange the refund to your original payment method or your Retro Fashion account balance without return damaged or defective item.
The refund will be refunded after checking the status of the returned item.
Generally, it will takes 3-5 business days for confirm and refund.
Note: If we have not receive message or e-mail within 7 days after you receive the parcel, it will no longer qualify for a refund.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing. The refunded amount is credited back by using the original payment method. Fee applies to each prepaid return label.
Special Deals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to product nature.
We do not reimburse original shipping fee or customs fees.

Oversize Box
RetroFashionUS.com reserves the right to charge extra fee when returns are made with unnecessary oversize box. Additional fee will be determined upon delivery and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
